This ancient soldier mascot comes from a collection of different car mascots, though its exact origins are unknown. It has screw thread at the bottom of the feet of the mascot.
 
The mascot is massive, 11 cms high and at its widest point 35mm wide. Its condition is excellent.
 
Most likely it dates from well before WW II.
