Morgan 4/4 Fantastic!
That was the slogan for the 1982 campaign of the Morgan Motor Company.
 
It was the period that Ford engines were in short supply for Morgan, which urged them to use Fiat engines alongside the Ford XR3 engines, after the trusty 1600cc Cortina engine was phased out.
 
Fate had it, that a Ford executive had a Morgan 4/4 on order at that time and couldn't stand the idea of using a Morgan with the engine from a big competitor! That led to the Fiat engines being phased out after a period of about 2 years and the normal deliveries of Ford engines resuming!
 
This card is #19 in a series of postwar Classic Sports Cars and measures 17 * 12 cms. It uses the pictures from the Morgan Motor Company sales brochure of that era.
