Historic car and motor cycle sport still was very much an amateur sport in the early 1980s. The people who participated in races for historic vehichels were very dedicated enthusiasts, who often combined working on their own racing cars and motor cycles with working on them.

Marques like Morgan, MG, Aston Martin, Jaguar had their own strong following in these circles.

The HARC is the organizing body for historic races in The Netherlands. It still remains active today, although in the meantime it has extended its activities well beyond Zandvoort only. The seaside track still remains in contention, though.

The cover of this very nice A4 size magazine features the Morgan +4 4-seater, raced by Gé Hofmans and the Aston Martin Le Mans raced by Derrick Edwards.

This special magazine is still in excellent condition and makes a nice read.
