Nostalgic, this well preserved 1970s decal for the French Eyquem Bougies, showing a motorcycle at speed. This is an ancient French firm, initiated in 1886 and still producing spark plugs to this very day. They received fame by supplying spark plugs to Renault.
 
In 1913 the Fiat S76 fitted with Eyquem spark plugs established a world speed record of over 211 km/h!
 
Since 2012 the firm is in American hands, having been taken over by the long established Federal Mogul company.
