Morgans of Philadelphia (MOPS) is a club, which has been active for decades. They earned fame for their badges showing a man on the bonnet of a Morgan. The "Broken Liberty Bell" Badge is one of the few Morgan badges which DOESN'T show a Morgan! It's the chrome variety of the badge, numbered on the rear.
